Website privacy
1. Who we are
Atlas is a DBA of Zenon Digital Holdings LLC, based in Texas. You can reach us at dominick@atlasai.my. This page covers the website only. It does not describe the Atlas product, which will have its own terms and privacy notice.
2. Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, Hostinger's servers process technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may keep server logs to run and secure the service.
3. Forms
The contact form and the early access list send what you type (your email, plus any name, organization, topic and message you add) through Web3Forms, which processes the submission under its own privacy policy and delivers it to our inbox at dominick@atlasai.my. We use it only to reply to you or to tell you when early access opens. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
4. No analytics, no cookies
The site has no analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The interactive examples run entirely in your browser and send nothing back. The only thing the site saves in your browser is your theme choice (Midnight, Dark or Light), kept in local storage and never sent anywhere. Older versions of the site also saved settings for its interactive examples; the site now deletes those saved settings when you visit.
5. Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing dominick@atlasai.my. We'll handle requests in line with applicable law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies.
6. Changes
If this changes, for example if we add a service, we'll update this page and the date above.
